marie lapis cheese yummy !

assalamualaikum & hai semorangg ! :)
seronoknyaa duduk rumah. tapi tak seronoknyaa cuti kejap sangat. sobss. kem kos haritu dah ragut 3 minggu dari cuti sem aku. wuwuwu. T_T next entry nak update pasal kem tuu ehh. wait taww :)
sekarang nak update pasal minat aku dulu. baking ? yes ! bila duduk rumah laa baru boleh baking bagai. kat kolej tu celah mana pulak nak cari oven, mixer semua tu kan. hehe. so, haritu taktaw nak baking apa. google2 sikit, cari apa yang patut. then jumpa la satu resepi ni. senang sangat ! lebih kurang kek batik je. tapi this one, coklat tu tukar kepada cheese. hee. nama nya marie lapis cheese. or aku bagi nama kek batik cheese. as simple as kek batik coklat tu. hehe. jom kita tengok rupa kek batik cheese gua :3

messy messy pun, taste nya ? not bad. just a lil bit manis. haha. selalu sangat macam tu kan. kesian ayah takleh makan banyak banyak. hehe. too dangerous for his health. 

so resepi nya ? saya google je. hehe. credit to : acik515 for the resepi & tutorial. hee

meh sini saya tempek resepi tu kat sini ye. 

Ingredients
1 packet Marie biscuits, plain
1 packet Marie biscuits chocolate
300ml whipping cream
250g cream cheese
250g condensed milk
about 50g shredded cheddar cheese, I used Bega

Method
  • Line a square 7 inch loose bottom cake tin lined with baking paper.
  • Whip cream cheese until light, add condensed milk, whip until well incorporated. Whip in whipping cream.
  • Arrange plain biscuits on the base of the cake tin, spread a layer of the whip cream condensed milk and cream cheese mix, alternate with choc marie and keep on layering till you use up all the cream mix.
  • I crushed the top of the cake with plain biscuits and then scatter shredded cheese on top.
  • Cover with a cling film, and chill in the fridge for at least one night.

gilir gilir kan lapisan marie tu. mula mula coklat, then original. tapi kalau nak sama perisa pun takpe. hee



dah siap lapis ! masuk dalam fridge, beku kan semalam kalau boleh. hee. then siap ! aku tambah choc emulco, buat hiasan kat atas nye. hehehe. nak tabur marie hancur atas tu pun takpe. macam dalam resepi tu kann. 

lepasni nak buat kek batik coklat yang biasa tu plak. sebab nak habiskan biskut marie yang ada tu. hee.
